We, at Flowers New Zealand, take your privacy very seriously and wish to make your shopping experience as safe and convenient as possible. Your order and credit card details are protected by our secure server. We do not sell, trade or share the information you provide us to any person or organisation.

In case there are problems with your order and we need to contact you we require your name, address, telephone number and email address. This personal information is stored in our order processing system but is not available to unauthorised persons. To process your order we also require your credit card details and the name, address and telephone number of the recipient. We are unable to process your order without any of the above information. At no time will this information be made available to other persons or organisations. If you wish to change the information that is held about you, or require that it be deleted, please e-mail us: shop@flowers-nz.co.nz.

Recipients' information is only used for delivery purposes. In some cases, we may contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time. Again, at no time will the recipient's personal details be disclosed to any person or organisation not involved in delivering your gift.

We do our best to protect both your and the recipient's personal information. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via email. Once we receive your transmission, we do our utmost to ensure its security within our systems.

We use cookies, which are small amounts of data sent to your browser and stored on your computer, to facilitate your navigation on our site. We do not use cookies to gather information about you.
